KVKK Disclosure Notice

Information notice regarding the processing of your personal data under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 6698).

Data Controller

Pursuant to Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by Randola ("Company") as the data controller within the scope described below.

1. Personal Data Processed

Depending on your use of the Randola platform, the following personal data may be processed:

Identity data: Name, surname, username
Contact data: Email address, phone number, address
Business data: Business name, title, tax identification number
Transaction data: Appointment records, subscription and payment information
Technical data: IP address, browser information, session logs

2. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

  • Performance of the service agreement and operation of the platform
  • Creation and management of user accounts
  • Customer support and communication activities
  • Billing and payment processing
  • Fulfillment of legal obligations
  • Information security and fraud prevention

3. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be transferred to domestic business partners, cloud infrastructure providers, and competent public authorities as required by law. Cross-border data transfers are carried out with the necessary security measures in accordance with Article 9 of KVKK.

Your personal data is collected electronically through the platform, directly provided by you or via automatic technical means. Legal bases for processing:

  • Contract performance (KVKK Art. 5/2-c): Data necessary for service delivery
  • Legal obligation (KVKK Art. 5/2-ç): Statutory reporting and invoicing requirements
  • Legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f): Security and platform improvement activities
  • Explicit consent (KVKK Art. 5/1): Marketing communications

5. Rights of the Data Subject

You may exercise the following rights under Article 11 of KVKK:

  • Learn whether your personal data is being processed
  • Request information about processing if it has occurred
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
  • Know the third parties to whom your data is transferred
  • Request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data
  • Request deletion or destruction under conditions set out in Article 7 of KVKK
  • Request notification of corrections to third parties to whom data has been transferred
  • Object to outcomes arising solely from automated processing of your data
  • Claim compensation for damages suffered due to unlawful processing

6. How to Apply

To exercise your rights under KVKK, you may submit a written request to support@randola.com. Your requests will be answered within 30 days at the latest.

If your request is rejected by Randola, the response is found inadequate, or no response is provided within the prescribed period, you have the right to file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK).
